* Proven track record in preparing project specification, M&E lay out and project progress
* Min. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from reputable university
* Min. 2 years experience in civil contractor/consultant
* Proven track record in preparing project specification, M&E lay out and project progress

* Good in numerical analitycal and detail-oriented
